Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Remote Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic BPO team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for customer service and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues. As a remote support executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties, providing efficient and accurate solutions while ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and professional manner.
• *
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity.
• *
Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.
• *
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• *
Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.
• *
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
• *
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
• *
Stay updated with product knowledge, system updates, and new troubleshooting techniques.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• *
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
• *
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• *
Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, internet browsers, and networking.
• *
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• *
Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• *
Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Experience:
• *
1–3 years of experience in a BPO/Customer Service/Technical Support role.
• *
Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours:
• *
Rotational Shifts (24/7 support)
• *
9-hour shifts including 1-hour break
• *
5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
