Prime Team Partners is a fast-growing tech company seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to architect and evolve the core services powering their web and mobile platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable APIs, optimize data flows, and drive innovation for a global user base.

Responsibilities
• Design and build prototypes for features like exam readiness, content personalization, and topic tutoring
• Continuously monitor, test, and benchmark advancements in AI, applying findings to product experiments
• Lead technical planning, scope definition, and architectural decisions for R&D-driven initiatives
• Collaborate across backend and frontend to ensure seamless cross-platform integration and support
• Contribute to code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and mentor peers to foster a culture of quality and learning

Skills
• Extensive full stack experience, primarily with TypeScript and Node.js
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and functional programming patterns
• Proven track record in integrating and experimenting with machine learning
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation
• Additional strengths: Python, LLMs, custom embeddings, NoSQL databases, and leadership in engineering
