Job Description

This role involves supporting business areas through data analysis, compliance management, and customer service resolution while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities
• Support business area strategy development by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing aligned recommendations
• Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies through monitoring and implementing HR compliance processes
• Handle escalated customer service issues by providing technical support, benefits education, and resolving complex inquiries
• Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and system maintenance
• Administer security access protocols, perform validations, and monitor service responses to maintain data confidentiality
• Collaborate with partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities

Skills
• 1 – 3 years of experience in benefits and customer service
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies
• Strong skills in benefits administration, including resolving complex benefits inquiries and providing technical support
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives
• Excellent customer service capabilities, managing escalated issues and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in coordinating with vendors and third-party administrators to resolve complex service challenges
• Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards in all business practices
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to support team and business partner relationships
