REMOTE – Senior Front End Developer (React / React Native)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Front End Developer to drive web and mobile development initiatives for enterprise applications. This role focuses on React and React Native development and requires delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Kanban environment to implement meaningful product improvements while upholding engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and full-stack solutions for web and mobile platforms
• Implement well-tested, maintainable features and applications
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define technical solutions
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and reduce technical debt
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Quickly triage and resolve production issues
• Optionally leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development
• Apply software development best practices including CI/CD, source control, testing, and operational readiness

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of full-stack software development experience
• Expert-level React and React Native skills
• Backend/API development experience
• Familiarity with AWS, GitLab Pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Solid understanding of software architecture and development fundamentals
• Additional skills: GoLang, Node.js, Shell scripting
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to mentor junior engineers
