About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Leadership
- Define and implement QA strategies and testing processes
- Lead testing activities across web applications and data platforms
- Coordinate with development and product teams to maintain quality standards
Testing & Automation
- Perform black box testing on web applications
- Develop and manage UI automation testing frameworks
- Validate data pipelines and data quality across systems
Process Improvement
- Improve QA workflows and testing efficiency
- Identify product risks and quality gaps
- Ensure consistent delivery of reliable releases
Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment
- Provide feedback on product functionality and performance
- Support engineering teams during releases and production issues
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in QA or software testing
- Experience with automation testing and web application testing
- Experience managing testing processes or leading QA initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams
