• Draft, review, and format a wide range of immigration forms, including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-601, and more, ensuring compliance with USCIS requirements
• Use document automation platforms such as LawYaw and Gavel.io to reduce manual errors and accelerate processing times
• Create persuasive affidavits, letters of support, and legal arguments tailored to various visa types, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian cases
🔹 Client Communication
• Interact with clients using secure communication tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the legal process
• Conduct virtual client onboarding and manage expectations through legal CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• Handle sensitive immigration information with professionalism and discretion, ensuring all client interactions are documented and confidential
🔹 Case Management
• Maintain organized digital files through legal case management software like Clio and MyCase
