Job Description
HireZilla is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support e-commerce operations and customer experience processes.
In this role, you will handle product data, customer information, and order-related records with high accuracy. This position is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in data entry and want to work part-time from home while earning $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth backend operations that directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage product, order, and customer data
- Update e-commerce databases and internal systems
- Verify and clean data to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Support customer experience teams with data-related tasks
- Handle bulk data uploads and spreadsheet management
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business and customer data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
