About the Role

Cynet Systems Inc., a nationally and locally certified diversity staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking an experienced React Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain frontend applications. You’ll collaborate across product management, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop frontend applications using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
  • Perform new development, maintenance, fixes, and enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Draft and review architectural diagrams, technical specifications, business requirements, and other design documents.
  • Work with existing technologies (Java, C++, Linux/Unix, Open Source Platforms, SOA) as well as emerging technologies for next-generation solutions.
  • Document technical requirements, program and subsystem designs, resolutions to system problems, and unit/integration tests.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ship end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of Web UI development experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile/web best practices, and modern frontend architecture.
  • Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to explore other areas such as backend, DevOps, or cross-team collaboration.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Java Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
  • Familiarity with UI development for enterprise applications.
