QA Engineer with Automation

Job Description

JD Key Responsibilities:* Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.* Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.* Design and execute test cases, including automation using Selenium.* Identify, analyze, and document software defects.* Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.* Stay abreast of the latest testing methodologies and technologies.Qualifications:* 5+ years of software testing experience.* Proven experience leading testing teams.* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.* Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.* Proficiency in both Chinese or EnglishPS for foreigners: We accept those who are already in Cambodia.
