Job Description

Role Overview:
As an Offshore Software Development Company established in 1999, we specialize in providing Software Development Solutions, Next-Gen Technology Services, Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, and QA & Testing Services to a wide range of clients. We are known for our “Going Beyond” approach and have successfully delivered 3500+ projects to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:
– Offer final-semester academic training with job placement opportunities for students in their last year of BE, BTech, MCA, MSc, and MTech programs.
– Provide hands-on project training across various technologies including Dot Net, Mobile Technologies (iOS, Android, Cross Platforms), Full-Stack (Node + React/Ang.), Software Quality Assurance, and Business Analyst.
– Conduct internal assessments to directly hire trainees as Junior Developers upon successful completion of training.
– Ensure a 135 working days Academic Project Training and a 24-month job commitment post-training.
– Offer stipend during project training for members from locations other than Ahmedabad.
– Provide a competitive salary range based on assessment results after successful completion of Project Training.

Qualifications Required:
– Final year students of B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc IT with specialization in IT or CE passing out in April/May 2025.
– Consistent academic record with 70% and above score in all years with no backlogs.
– Knowledge of programming basics like OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and programming principles.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Understanding of the complete Software Development lifecycle and methodologies.
– Willingness to go the extra mile, strong attention-to-detail, and presentation skills.
