Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and test power electronic circuits and converters (DC/DC, AC/DC, DC/AC).Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis of power conversion systems.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for efficiency, thermal management, and reliability.Support documentation, compliance, and reporting per DoD project standards.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics design.Proven expertise with converter topologies (buck, boost, flyback, full-bridge, etc.).Experience with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM).Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, and component selection.Familiarity with military/aerospace standards preferred.Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance is mandatory (cannot consider candidates without it)
