Paralegal – Business Litigation

Job Description

California law firm Dracup & Patterson, Inc. seeks a remote Business Litigation Paralegal on a contract hourly basis. Our paralegal team focuses on document formatting, discovery assembly, filing, and preparing materials for litigation, with the majority of our work being in state court. All work would be done remotely from your location. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 10 years of experience as a Paralegal in CA required, with strong business litigation experience

· Extensive knowledge of California state court filing procedures

· Excellent communication skills and work well with clients and co-workers within our firm

· Ability to balance and organize multiple priorities and case matters

· Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

Competetive hourly compensation ($40-$50/hour DOE)
