This is a paid internship, not a training program.

There is no separate training period, and candidates do NOT pay anything.

Any required guidance will be provided as part of normal working tasks.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Job applications & outreach:

1. Apply to jobs on my behalf following clear SOPs

2. Customize resumes and cover letters using provided tools

3. Send messages to hiring managers

4. Send follow-up emails

5. Maintain an organized tracker

6. Communicate issues early and complete tasks on time

B. Lead generation & email tasks:

1. Generate and manage leads based on given criteria

2. Enrich leads using various tools

3. Assist with cold email campaigns

4. Execute daily operational tasks as assigned

5. All responsibilities come with clear instructions and ongoing task-related guidance.

• are available for the work from home job/internship
• can start the work from home job/internship between 27th Nov’25 and 1st Jan’26
• are available for duration of 3 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR₹ 5,000 /month

Additional information:
• Stipend & bonus:

1. ₹5,000/month

2. Performance Bonus: If I secure a job through an application you handled, you receive 20% of my first month’s salary

3. Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension
