Project Overview

We operate a 4-venue hospitality group in Australia and require a centralized operations dashboard that consolidates live data from 7 different platforms.

We have already built a complete interactive HTML prototype that defines:

  • Layout
  • KPI structure
  • Charts
  • 10 tabs
  • Dark mode design
  • Full visual specification

Your role is to connect this specification to live data and build the final production dashboard.

Data Sources (7 Platforms)

The dashboard must pull live data from:

  • SwiftPOS (POS)
  • Deputy (Rosters & Labor)
  • Restoke (Food Costing & Inventory)
  • SevenRooms (Bookings)
  • Eventbrite (Events)
  • Meta Business Suite (Advertising)
  • Google Reviews

Scope of Work

1️⃣ Automation Layer (Make.com)

  • Build Make.com scenarios to:
    • Pull data from all 7 platforms
    • Normalize and structure the data
    • Push into Google Sheets (central data layer)
  • Set up reliable scheduling and error handling
  • Ensure scalable and maintainable flows

2️⃣ Dashboard Layer

Build the dashboard using one of:

  • Power BI
  • Looker Studio
  • Or Custom Build (open to your recommendation)

Requirements:

  • Match existing HTML prototype layout
  • Real-time or near real-time updates
  • Multi-tab structure (10 tabs)
  • Dark mode
  • Clean KPI visualization
  • Performance-focused design

3️⃣ Documentation & Handover

  • Document automation architecture
  • Document dashboard logic and calculations
  • Conduct a live handover call
  • Provide basic troubleshooting guide

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Make.com (Integromat)
  • Experience integrating multiple APIs
  • Strong understanding of data modeling & normalization
  • Experience building executive dashboards
  • Ability to translate an HTML prototype into a live reporting environment
  • Clear communication and structured delivery
