About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Online Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Java, .NET, Full Stack, Python, or Testing. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, guiding learners through practical exercises, and ensuring participants gain strong hands-on skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in development or training in Java, .NET, Full Stack, Python, or Testing.
  • At least 100 hours of prior training experience in any of these technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for online delivery.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training content and practical exercises.
  • Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote or hybrid instructor-led training sessions.
  • Prepare training materials, labs, and exercises for participants.
  • Mentor and assist participants to ensure practical understanding.
  • Provide feedback, assessments, and progress reports.
