• Required Skills and Qualifications

• * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• * Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• * Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
• * Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with common technical issues.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role is preferred.
