Position Overview

We are seeking a .NET Web Developer (Junior to Mid-Level) with 3–5 years of experience to support new development initiatives and production support for high-volume web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, and modern web technologies, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop web application solutions from documented business requirements
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver features
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Participate in deployments and occasional off-hours support
  • Maintain and enhance high-volume web applications
  • Identify issues and implement effective technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server
  • Experience with Visual Studio, .NET Framework 4.0, MVC, AJAX, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server architecture and relational databases
  • Experience writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and queries
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server tools (Query Analyzer, Management Studio)
  • Experience with client-side programming
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Mortgage or financial technology industry background (plus)
  • Experience working in small or startup-like teams
