Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Workweek: 4.5-day workweek

We are seeking a talented .NET Web Developer to join our team in Scottsdale. This role involves contributing to the full software development life cycle, from solution design and development to testing and post-deployment support. You will work on a variety of projects leveraging the Microsoft technology stack to create dynamic, data-driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in solution design to address diverse business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Follow best practices in development, security, and technology standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including debugging and performance monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Develop robust, interactive web interfaces using client-side technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5).
  • Contribute to new product features and maintenance of existing applications using agile practices.
  • Assume additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • .NET Framework / .NET Core development (C#, VB) with web/API experience.
  • Strong relational database knowledge, particularly SQL Server (scripts, indices, views, stored procedures).
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS, Windows/Web Services, and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and agile/iterative approaches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to change.

  • Must be able to commute daily to our Scottsdale office.
