Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong .NET expertise to design, build, and maintain backend services and applications. This role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, influence technical decisions, and contribute directly to product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using .NET technologies.
  • Implement business logic and ensure seamless integration of web services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Document development workflows, architecture decisions, and code changes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience developing backend systems using .NET / C#.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, performance optimization, and maintainability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, product-driven teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be local to Cincinnati, OH or willing to work on-site as required.
