Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Motion Graphic Designer. This role is pivotal in bringing marketing strategies to life through compelling visual storytelling. This individual will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality content that resonates with the audience and reinforces brand identity.
• Motion Graphics and Design: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Video Editing: Edit video footage to produce polished and compelling content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Videography: Capture high-quality video content, including corporate events, product demos, and interviews.
• Photography: Utilize photography skills to capture images for use in digital and print media.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

• Corporate Branding Videos: Develop video content that communicates the company’s brand values, mission, and services offered. These videos could be used on the company website, social media, and at industry events.
• Instructional and Training Videos: Produce high-quality instructional videos for internal use, aimed at training employees or explaining about products and processes to clients.
• Event Coverage and Promotion: Videography for corporate events, trade shows, and seminars, including pre-event promotional videos and post-event highlight reels. This content can be used for marketing purposes and internal communications.
• Internal Communications Content: Create visual content for internal communications, such as videos for HR initiatives, organizational announcements, and employee engagement programs. This could include interviews with company leaders, success stories, and coverage of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns targeted at specific sectors like multifamily, construction or trades. This could involve creating short, impactful videos or animations for use on various digital platforms.
• Photography for Marketing Materials: If the candidate has photography skills, they could be responsible for capturing high-quality images for use in marketing materials, online platforms, and other promotional requests.
• Interactive Media for Online Platforms: Develop interactive animations or graphics for the company’s website or digital catalogs, enhancing the user experience and providing an engaging way to learn about our products and services.
• Customer Testimonials and Case Studies: Create video case studies and testimonials from satisfied customers, showcasing the company’s impact and value in various industrial sectors.
