We are seeking an experienced Mission Critical Construction Project Manager to lead integrated delivery projects focused on hyperscale data centers. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage mission-critical construction projects with a strong emphasis on electrical power systems and MEP infrastructure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems including generators, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, and ATS/STS.
• Identify and resolve technical and project challenges proactively.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership.
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field OR equivalent skilled-trade experience.
• 5+ years of experience in MEP or electrical power design, construction, or maintenance (hyperscale data center experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical distribution and mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Lead and supervise up to 5 team members.
• Coach and mentor junior staff while supporting professional development.
• Partner with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and training initiatives.
