Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for aerospace projects, ensuring technical and functional requirements are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement software solutions aligned with project goals and deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software engineering
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, including customer-reported problems
  • Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems and processes
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions
  • Continuously improve software development processes and workflows
  • Communicate project status and progress to team members, managers, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and security
