We are currently seeking Mid-level and Senior Backend Engineers with hands-on Go (Golang) experience who enjoy collaboration, thoughtful system design, and delivering reliable, well-tested software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to evolve designs into production-ready solutions.
• Translate business requirements into sound technical and architectural decisions.
• Evaluate and clearly communicate engineering trade-offs.
• Write clean, maintainable code following Go best practices and idioms.
• Create meaningful documentation and automated tests to support long-term maintainability.
• Participate actively in team discussions, reviews, and solution planning.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience with Go (Golang).
• Solid understanding of Go’s standard library, idioms, and common patterns.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into effective engineering solutions.
• Experience writing tests and technical documentation.
• Ability to work during U.S. time zones.
• Individual contributors only (no agencies or third-party vendors).
