Job Description

Location: Makro Head Office
Experience: 3+ years in Mendix development
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Improve system quality by identifying recurring issues, patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
• Enhance applications by recommending improvements and designing/implementing system upgrades
• Maintain and improve existing codebases; conduct peer code reviews
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement technical designs effectively
• Investigate and apply new technologies where relevant
• Provide written knowledge transfer material for team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as a Mendix Developer
• Professional attitude with strong service mindset
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with the ability to visualize processes and outcomes
• Experience in Java and CSS projects is a plus
• Good communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Knowledge of low-code development methodologies preferred
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and MySQL databases
