We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) assisting healthcare providers to optimize their billing processes, enhance revenue, and maintain compliance. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Billing Executive proficient in Office Ally software to join our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Charge Entry: Accurately input and process medical charges into the Office Ally system, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and client protocols.
• Demographic Updates: Update and maintain patient demographic information, verifying accuracy to prevent claim denials.
• Claims Management: Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies through Office Ally.
• Insurance Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to facilitate accurate claim submissions.
• Denial Management: Working on Rejections, Analyze and resolve denied claims promptly, ensuring minimal revenue loss.
• Explanation of Benefits (EOB): Analyze EOBs and document details in Excel sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and other billing team members to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in medical billing, with hands-on experience in Office Ally software Skills.
• Proficiency in charge entry and demographic updates.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and guidelines.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10 codes, and modifiers.
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
• Technical: Comfortable working with Office Ally software and other billing tools.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
