As a Website SME with Amazon Seller Services India

success on Amazon
The role will require creating engaging web experiences to drive seller launches at scale
work towards un
blocking sellers on any issues they may face in the pre
registration funnel
The ideal candidate should possess ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision
comfortable working across complex process and capability to influence sellers through SSR mechanisms
Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous
new and challenging situations
Key job responsibilities Build engaging and user
friendly web experiences for new and existing seller cohorts
Lead the design and development of intuitive onboarding flows and selling journeys to optimize the seller experience
Continuously experiment and iterate on the web experiences based on user research and data
driven insights
Ensure high
quality
consistent
and timely website content
Own the content strategy and governance for top
of
the
funnel initiatives
Establish content quality standards and processes to maintain a cohesive brand experience
Leverage user research to enhance web experiences
Conduct qualitative studies and user research to deeply understand seller needs
pain points
and behaviors
Synthesize research insights to inform the design and development of new web experiences or improvements to existing ones
Effectively coordinate with cross

Basic Qualifications 3
years of professional non
internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau
data manipulation

Experience building

functional marketing programs Experience building
executing and scaling cross
functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

years experience in Website management
CMS operations
Innovative and creative with Web technologies to build high performing websites
