Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Web Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex internet and intranet applications across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide teams and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, and multimedia applications.
  • Analyze systems specifications and web requirements to determine the most efficient and cost-effective software solutions.
  • Conduct research on emerging web technologies, recommending innovative tools and approaches.
  • Develop and maintain service applications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Oversee quality assurance to ensure systems comply with installation, security policies, and organizational standards.
  • Mentor and provide direction and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in leading web development projects on multiple platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in web technologies: C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP.
  • Experience with database modeling and web application integration.
  • Knowledge of system security, installation protocols, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to business solutions.
