Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document new interfaces to plant floor equipment.
  • Support and maintain existing interfaces.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications.
  • Design or redesign complex software components and applications.
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions.
  • Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Participate in daily standups for communication and reporting.
  • Provide development, environment, and production support.
  • Work on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Create design and implementation documentation.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving environments and changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of professional development experience.
  • Strong development experience in required technologies such as WebSphere, Informatica, or related platforms.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale end-to-end projects.
  • Experience working in iterative and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Flexibility to work in evolving and dynamic environments.
