Our client is looking for a creative and visionary Lead Digital Content Creator to spearhead their online content strategy from a remote location. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with marketing objectives. Create compelling and original written content, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and email newsletters. Conceptualize and oversee the production of visual content, such as graphics, infographics, and short videos. Write engaging video scripts and collaborate with video production teams or freelancers. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication across all digital channels. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and engagement. Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategy and improve future content. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development. Lead and mentor junior content creators, providing guidance and feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital content creation, copywriting, and content strategy. Proven ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various digital formats. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret content performance data. Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to guide creative projects. Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
