Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead – Amazon Connect Developer to own the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and its surrounding AWS ecosystem.

In this role, you will serve as the technical owner for voice architecture, IVR and contact flows, CTI integrations, analytics, and GenAI-powered enhancements. You will collaborate closely with CRM, data, infrastructure, and security teams while leading delivery and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

  • Own the technical roadmap for Amazon Connect implementations.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient contact center architectures.
  • Lead migrations from legacy platforms (e.g., Genesys, LivePerson) to Amazon Connect.
  • Provide technical leadership to a Scrum team of junior and senior engineers.

Development & Integration

  • Build and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR logic.
  • Develop and integrate Lex bots, call recording, transcription, and Contact Lens features.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs such as Salesforce and ServiceNow, as well as custom systems.
  • Develop event-driven backend services using AWS Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
  • Implement GenAI-powered contact center solutions using Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or LangChain.
