Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright
  2. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and implement automation frameworks
  3. Conduct functional, regression, UI, and API testing for SaaS-based applications
  4. Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution
  5. Continuously optimize test automation to improve coverage and speed
  6. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  7. Monitor and analyze test results to drive quality improvements
  8. Stay updated with trends in test automation and propose new solutions

Qualifications / Required Skills

  1. 1+ years in QA Automation, 1+ years specifically using Playwright
  2. Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python
  3. Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
  4. Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
  5. Familiar with Agile, TDD / BDD
  6. Strong with Git and debugging tools
