Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and collaborate closely with Senior DevOps Engineers. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow while actively contributing to infrastructure and deployment processes in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure, monitoring, CI/CD, and automation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Senior DevOps Engineers to gain a deep understanding of the tech stack and microservices architecture
  • Manage and troubleshoot Data Dog monitoring systems to identify and resolve performance issues
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for applications
  • Assist developers in the deployment process using Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform environment maintenance to ensure smooth system operations
  • Handle GitHub repository management, resolving conflicts, workflow issues, and merge problems
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives

Required Skills

  • Experience with Azure cloud platform
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration
  • Proficiency in Data Dog for monitoring and analytics
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Excellent communication abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with PostgreSQL database management
  • Knowledge of Timescale DB
  • Prior experience in a DevOps or similar technical role
