Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend applications using J2EE framework and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS.
  • Develop microservices using J2EE and web services technologies.
  • Provide development and support for middleware technologies such as WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss.
  • Work with DevOps toolchains including Jenkins and related deployment tools.
  • Implement OAuth solutions using Ping Identity.
  • Work with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK stack).
  • Participate in discussions to understand application design and deployment processes.
  • Build and deploy enterprise applications across target environments.
  • Work independently and contribute to assigned projects.
  • Support API Management (Apigee) and Service Mesh (Istio) integrations.
  • Perform database integration with business applications.
  • Utilize scripting languages such as Unix shell scripting and Python.

Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience in solution design and development using J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and Angular.
  • 1–2 years of experience designing and implementing AWS cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience in middleware technologies (Spring Boot, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss).
  • Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and Jenkins pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments.
  • Good understanding of database concepts and integration.
  • Experience with OAuth implementation using Ping Identity.
  • Familiarity with API Management (Apigee) and Service Mesh (Istio).
  • Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, Ansible/Chef/Puppet/Spinnaker, Maven/Gradle, Groovy DSL, Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with scripting (Unix, Python).
