IT Project Lead

Job Description

• Collaborate with client’s functional and technical implementation teams to scope the technical work, select resources, organize the staff and execute plans for testing, and integration;• Provide technical direction for the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, from gathering requirements, develop and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase of project through implementation;• provide status reports of all the Employees to management on an ongoing basis, stating progress and any issues that impede it;• Prepare a work plan with appropriate time lines and budget; match resources against priorities, using maximum flexibility to achieve the project goals;• Design the roll-out strategy for the technical functional requirements on the project;• Investigate and lead the creation of prototypes until it is handed over to the operational teams;• Manage coding and unit testing to ensure creation of high-quality solutions;• Manage and coordinate the offshore/global virtual team members to accomplish project objectives;• Create clear, expert-level architectural diagrams using Visio, and clear narrative presentations using PowerPoint;• Communicate with business partners to ensure infrastructure changes are planned and executed seamlessly;• Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase of project through implementation;• Identify need for initial and supplemental project resources. she will need to maintain the awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact;• Ensure delivery of quality work on time with multiple competing priorities;Qualification:Minimum requirement is Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field
