About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Java Instructor to deliver comprehensive training sessions and mentor students. Your role will include creating structured training programs, evaluating student performance through assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners advance their skills.

You will also be expected to stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into your sessions to ensure students gain relevant and practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective Java training sessions.
  • Mentor and guide students throughout the program.
  • Design training programs and hands-on exercises.
  • Evaluate student performance using assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Integrate current industry practices, tools, and trends into the curriculum.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Java programming skills.
  • Experience with Server-Side Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Understanding of JPA/Hibernate and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
