We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who may require help due to age, illness, or disability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various care settings, including outpatient and inpatient environments, and will be equipped to handle diverse medical needs.

Duties
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Accompany clients to appointments (as needed)
• Assist with medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress and needs.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
