Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and attend inbound calls to/from customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
• *

Promote products or services as per campaign requirements.
• *

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers at all times.
• *

Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
• *

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• *

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
• *

Adhere to quality standards, compliance regulations, and company policies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• *

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• *

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).
• *

Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
• *

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• *

Ability to stay calm and work effectively under pressure.
• *

Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work processes.
• Experience:
• *

Fresher to 2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales support.
• *

Prior experience in voice-based BPO or call center is an added advantage.
• Working Hours:
• *

Full-Time
• *

Flexible shifts: Morning / Evening / Rotational (Depending on process requirements)
• *

6 Days Working (1 Weekday Off)
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• *

Understanding of customer support principles and CRM tools.
• *

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality.
• *

Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
• *

Fast learner and excellent team player.
• *

Multilingual skills are a plus.
