About the Startup

We are an early-stage market analytics startup on a mission to help self-published authors improve their marketing and achieve greater success. Founded in 2018, our team of 5 works fully remotely, focusing on efficient, scalable software that tackles real problems for self-publishers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Java developer to join our team. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly contribute to our product and mission. You’ll collaborate with a passionate, skilled team and have the opportunity to learn from a senior developer while working on dynamic, challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Scala.
  • Contribute to high-impact features and scalable solutions for our analytics platform.
  • Communicate regularly with the team via Slack and semi-weekly calls.
  • Take initiative and ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and improve development skills.
