About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Java Developer to work on an international project with opportunities for contract-to-hire. You will be responsible for the entire software development life cycle—from conception and design to deployment and maintenance. This role requires proficiency in both frontend and backend development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to create scalable and visually appealing web applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Java, React, Express, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture.
- Build responsive, functional front-end interfaces and efficient back-end services.
- Develop and manage databases, write effective APIs, and ensure data security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud services (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Write technical documentation and review code to maintain high quality standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other team members to enhance software features.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of frontend languages/libraries: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, XML, jQuery.
- Proficiency in backend languages/frameworks: Java, Python, Express.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB; web servers: Apache or similar.
- Understanding of UI/UX design, IT infrastructure, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field (12th pass minimum).
