Outbound Sales Executive – USA Market (Night Shift)

Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST | Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + excellent industry-leading performance incentives

Work Mode: Remote (Must be willing to work from the office when required)

We are hiring experienced outbound sales professionals with excellent U.S. English communication skills. This role is strictly for candidates who have proven success selling to US businesses through cold calling.

Who Should Apply
• 3+ years of outbound cold-calling sales experience targeting USA businesses
• Fluent, confident, and professional US-accent English
• Strong closing skills with experience selling web design, digital marketing, or software development services
• Comfortable working night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, Mon–Sat)
• Open to travelling to the office when required (company will cover travel expenses)
• Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently

Role Overview
• Make high-volume cold calls to US businesses
• Pitch web design, development, software development, SEO, and digital marketing services
• Qualify prospects, book meetings, and close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
