Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic, articulate, and goal-driven Call Center Voice Representatives to support an International Web Agency. As a front-line communicator, you will play a critical role in connecting with global clients, managing inbound/outbound calls, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to international clients with professionalism and courtesy.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly performance targets including call quality, response time, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle a diverse international clientele.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Confident, self-motivated, and persuasive in handling client conversations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment.
Experience
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a voice-based call center or customer support role, preferably for an international client.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Working Hours
• Flexible shifts available to cover international time zones (U.S., U.K., and Australia).
• Rotational shifts (including weekends) depending on client demands.
• Both part-time and full-time schedules available.
