Develop and implement test plans and procedures for new and existing hardware technology.
Conduct thorough and rigorous testing of hardware components, systems, and subsystems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve hardware issues and defects.
Utilize your strong technical knowledge and attention to detail to identify potential problems and suggest improvements in the design and manufacturing process.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware testing methodologies.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and team members.
Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that hardware meets performance and quality requirements.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and reliability of hardware components.
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in the validation and verification of new hardware designs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations during testing processes.
