🎯 What You Would Actually Do

Main responsibility:

Manage warehouse-style operations supporting data center hardware logistics.

Daily work includes:

Operations Management

• Supervising receiving & shipping of equipment
• Planning inbound/outbound volume
• Space utilization
• Workforce scheduling
• Meeting KPIs and SLAs

People Management

• Hiring & training staff
• Performance reviews
• Discipline & coaching
• Staff meetings

Customer & Client Coordination

• Working with clients
• Handling escalations
• Reporting to senior management

Budget & Equipment Oversight

• Operating budgets
• Warehouse equipment
• Safety compliance
