We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create visually stunning designs that will elevate our brand and engage our customers.As a Graphic Designer at Shoe Carnival, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills to help us bring our brand to life across various platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a keen eye for detail. If you are a team player, have a strong understanding of design principles, and are always looking for new ways to innovate and evolve, then we want you to join our team!

Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to: print ads, digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, in-store signage, and website graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Utilize design skills and knowledge of current trends to create engaging and eye-catching designs that will resonate with our target audience.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the Shoe Carnival brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure all website graphics are optimized for web and mobile use.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance and evolve our brand’s visual identity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design assets are delivered in a timely manner and aligned with campaign goals and objectives.
Take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
Maintain organized files and assets, and adhere to version control procedures to ensure efficient workflow and easy accessibility for team members.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency.
