Job Description

Assisting with large scale implementations of new systems, upgrades to current systems, and/or new modules of current systems by setting up test users, completing testing scripts, and analyzing results to determine if adjustments are needed prior to go-live.Post go-live support of various systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, SharePoint, ADP, etc.). Collaborate and partner with Local HR to ensure SAPHR meets the business needs. Assist in adjusting systems, as new specs are required. Examples include: gathering specs for holiday calendars, work schedules, over time rules, paid time off rules for vacation, hourly PTO, etc. Assist with building and running reports. Make suggestions on how to improve HRIS processes and tools to help optimize technology. First level of response for Local HR and finance to resolve any technical payroll processing issues. Primary administrator for SuccessFactors LMS module.
