Job Description

A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive security and compliance initiatives across global data center programs. This role focuses on managing complex projects, coordinating audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal security standards across infrastructure operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional security and compliance programs within global data center environments.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely remediation of findings.
• Develop and track program roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Partner with engineering, operations, legal, and security teams to maintain compliance frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable program deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in security posture, governance, and risk management processes.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar).
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in data centers, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $156,000 – $229,000 base (plus bonus and equity).
