We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer capable of solving complex technical problems across the stack—mobile, frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure—with a strong focus on mobile development using React Native. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to turn innovative ideas into reliable products, features, and tools.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop highly responsive UI components using React and React Native
  • Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug application code across the stack
  • Perform software analysis, risk analysis, and reliability analysis
  • Extract and reverse engineer existing code to understand and improve it
  • Monitor and enhance application performance
  • Work in an Agile environment: grooming stories, providing estimates, and participating in daily standups
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new ideas into reliable products

🔹 Work Composition

  • 70% Mobile & UI: React Native, React
  • 30% Backend: Java, Spring Boot

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in React Native and React for mobile and web applications
  • Solid backend experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for responsive, interactive interfaces
  • Experience with Agile development workflows
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
  • Ability to analyze software risks and reliability
