Job Description

🚀 About Us

We’re one of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands over the past 6 months and scaling aggressively. As we expand, we’re strengthening our technical infrastructure and looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to grow with us long-term.

This is not a maintenance role — you’ll be building, optimizing, and innovating.

📍 Position Details

  • Location: Philippines (Required)
  • Hours: Part-time initially (flexible scheduling)
  • Growth Path: Potential transition to full-time
  • Time Overlap: Minimum 50% overlap with 9 AM – 6 PM PST

🧠 Core Foundations (Must Have)

You should already be confident in:

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js 16
  • React (Lifecycle + Server Components)
  • A/B testing implementation
  • Database management & structured data storage
  • Authentication & security best practices
  • Performance optimization & async patterns
  • i18n (internationalization & translation systems)

We’re looking for someone who understands modern full-stack architecture — not just frontend implementation.

⚡ Must Have OR Be Ready to Learn Quickly

Experience with some of these is required — the rest you must be able to learn fast:

  • Lighthouse optimization & accessibility standards
  • Git/GitHub workflows (PRs, documentation, collaboration)
  • PDF-lib & React-PDF
  • Google Cloud, Firebase & Firebase Admin
  • Prettier & code formatting standards
  • Structured multimodal AI APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Ideogram)
  • Zod validation
  • Tailwind CSS (we do NOT use traditional CSS)
  • Framer Motion
  • Blender & Three.js (3D modeling & animations)
  • Resend (email infrastructure)
  • Cron jobs
  • FTP in Node.js
  • JSON, XML, CSV data handling

📈 Advanced / Growth Skills (Bonus)

  • Shopify API & GraphQL
  • Redis
  • Vercel deployments
  • npm auditing & vulnerability analysis
  • Custom npm package patching
  • SQL & data analysis

If you have strong Shopify + Next.js experience, that’s a major advantage.
