Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Contribute to building and maintaining our platform using modern technologies including MERN, Next.js, Redux, and TypeScript.

Architecture & Design

• Participate in architectural discussions focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Deployment & Launch

• Assist with deployments and understand cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services.

Performance Optimization

• Improve application performance, code efficiency, and overall user experience.

API & Third-Party Integration

• Integrate external services and APIs to enhance platform functionality.

Mobile Development

• Support and maintain mobile apps built using React Native ensuring seamless integration with the web platform.

Security

• Help implement security best practices to protect user data and platform integrity.

Version Control

• Collaborate with the team using version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

Project Management

• Track tasks and manage development workflows using Trello or Jira.

Continuous Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them where beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of MERN stack, Next.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Passion for education technology and building impactful products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
