Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Node.js, and AI to lead the development of robust, scalable web applications. This role involves end-to-end development, working with both front-end and back-end technologies, and collaborating with product teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Front-End:
    • Expert in React and TypeScript
    • Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, asynchronous programming)
    • Ability to build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance UIs
  • Back-End:
    • Deep knowledge of Node.js for server-side logic and API integration
    • Hands-on experience with Java for enterprise applications
    • Design and consumption of GraphQL APIs
  • Artificial Intelligence:
    • Ability to integrate AI components into applications for intelligent features
  • Other Skills:
    • Full-stack architecture, debugging, and code optimization
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
    • Mentoring junior developers and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-stack application development, including architectural decisions.
  • Develop and optimize user-facing features with React for dynamic interfaces.
  • Implement server-side logic and build scalable APIs with Node.js and Java.
  • Integrate AI components into products for intelligent functionality.
  • Design and maintain GraphQL APIs for seamless client-server communication.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, perform peer reviews, and enforce modern development standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.
  • Document technical processes, maintain system documentation, and ensure project quality, security, and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their integration potential.
